one or two Shure UHF frequency-agile wireless microphones (or a single wireless and built-in MP3 player), or just the MP3 player. The powered VM-1 unit can drive up to two unpowered VM-1C extension speakers to fill larger or wider-shaped areas with consistent, even coverage. Additional features include an attention-getting siren, balanced microphone input and line level input and output for looping multiple powered systems. Designed and built in the USA, Sound Projections quality is backed up by a 6-year system warranty / 2-year battery warranty / 2-years on optional Shure wireless, and 1 year on optional MP3 player.

We have had many requests to include the Shure 90-Channel autoscan wireless system in the Voice Machine. This is the same wireless installed in the SM-4neo units. Autoscan - A simple push of a button, and the receiver will scan the area for a channel without any interference and lock onto that channel (then you must set the transmitter/mic for that channel). 90-channel option only, this feature does not come with the 10-channel standard wireless.
90 Channels - The 90-channel upgrade option covers a greater range of wireless frequencies, the (upgrade) PGX system will have a reduced chance of interference from other radio signals in the area, or surrounding HDTV stations.
Extended Transmission - External receiver antennas (on the step-up PGX option) allows for a greater range of transmission before dropout. Line of site operating range of the 90-channel system exceeds 300 feet.
