Bose '802 Economono' System package
The most economical way to get the superior Bose 802 sound. You MUST use the special signal-processing (inserted between your mixer, preamp, or line-level source and your power amp), in order to get the great Bose sound, protect your speakers, and keep your 5-year warranty valid. All other packages available today cost hundreds of dollars more, but our 'EQ-Module' package utilizes the Bose-sanctioned active-EQ circuitry at a SUPER price.

A cost-effective way to adapt your amplifier for the Bose Professional Panaray speaker system, the equalizer module provides an alternative to buying the Panaray System Digital Controller. Each EQ-MODULE package (case & power supply with input/output connectors not shown) delivers a single-channel of equalization and protection, and includes your choice of connectors, XLR, 1/4", or RCA. DJ's or Party-Music Users: It is not always possible to use this system (with some integrated mixer/amps or consumer-type stereo receivers). If you have any question about doing this with your existing equipment, please email salesweb@centralmichigansound.com with the make and model of your amplifier or mixer and we will help make the determination.
Solo Acts or Small Musical Combos: If you are like most of the world, you will run your main speakers in mono, and use your 2nd amp channel for monitor speakers. Many mixer/amps on the market today have (2) power amps inside and patching jacks to facilitate this.
Stage Monitor or 'Foldback' use:Bose 802's make excellent monitors, and if you want to use a separate monitor mix, you WILL need an EQ module/module Adapter for that as well. We include the most common cables with our EQ MODULE Package, so that you have everything you need to get to the business of making music. If you should decide to use non-Bose monitor speakers, you do NOT need the extra EQ MODULE. Also, if you are one of the many artists that want your monitor mix to be the same as what the audience hears, you can still use Bose 802-III speakers as monitors WITHOUT the extra EQ MODULE, but you may need an extra cable - depending upon your patching setup.
